1. Service Description
Nustrinkes provides a mobile application and website that allow users to book barbershop services, manage their bookings, and participate in the loyalty program. Services are delivered in person at our barbershop in Vila das Aves by qualified barbers.
2. Bookings
Bookings can be made through the Nustrinkes mobile app. By making a booking, the user commits to attending at the selected date and time.
- Confirmation: bookings are automatically confirmed upon submission in the app. The user receives a confirmation notification.
- Modification: bookings may be modified up to 2 hours before the scheduled time, directly in the app.
- Cancellation: cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance. Repeated or late cancellations may result in temporary restrictions on the ability to make new bookings.
3. No-Show Policy
If a client fails to attend a confirmed booking without prior notice (no-show), the following consequences apply: on the first no-show, a warning will be issued. On the second no-show within a 30-day period, the account may be temporarily suspended for 7 days. In the case of repeated no-shows, Nustrinkes reserves the right to limit access to the booking system.
4. Loyalty Program
The loyalty program operates on a digital stamp system:
- Each completed and paid service earns one stamp on the client's digital loyalty card.
- After accumulating the required number of stamps (currently 10), the client is entitled to a free service of equal or lesser value than the most frequent of the previous services.
- Stamps are not transferable between accounts.
- Nustrinkes reserves the right to modify the loyalty program conditions with 30 days' prior notice.
- Stamps expire after 12 months without any visit.
5. Pricing
Service prices are those displayed in the app and on the website at the time of booking. Nustrinkes reserves the right to change prices at any time, though changes do not affect already confirmed bookings. Payment is made in person after the service is completed, using the methods available at the barbershop (cash, debit/credit card, or MB WAY).
6. Limitation of Liability
Nustrinkes strives to deliver quality services and keep the application available and functional. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the app or website. Nustrinkes shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our digital services. Nustrinkes' liability is limited, in any case, to the value of the service in question.
7. Changes to Terms
Nustrinkes may update these terms periodically. Changes will be communicated through the app and/or by email at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. For the resolution of any disputes arising from these terms, the court of the district of Santo Tirso shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to alternative dispute resolution methods provided by law.
